Easy to use camera that produces very good photos, unfortunately can not take photos quickly but for the price and the picture quality this camera is fine. Don't buy if you want a camera that has many settings or fast shutter, in that case a more expensive compact camera like the Sony W300 would be better.
Battery is rechargable and has good life, took on holiday to Spain for a week and did not need to recharge it until the day coming home. |

| This camera does everything that you want it to do. Its small and light and the LCD screen is very clear. Its great for quick snaps on nights out. The settings are easy to follow and the video is also good. Be aware that this camera does not come with a memory card. It can cost up to £25 for one at sony. Its not made clear enough when you buy this product. |

Bought this camera for my mum. She has never had a digital camera before. She was a little overwhelmed at first(being a bit technophobic), but after I explained the basics, she was on her way. Needless to say, 2 weeks in London and 700 photos... WOW!
Camera itself has a more "plasticy" feel to my Sony which was £150 more, but by no means cheap and nasty. The picture taking speed is good and the screen is nice and big which my mum really loved. Very very easy to use. Picture quality was brilliant, just as good as mine.
Only error we experienced was the one picture came out with half a blue out of sync section, but that was only one picture.
Your never sure when you buy something on line if its going to be good quality or going to work as you want it to. Overall I was very pleased with the purchase. My mum went back to SA with the camera and I don't worry about it breaking. There is a great warranty that comes with the camera and its... A Sony! |
