No need for complicated manuals

| What an excellent product - worked straight out of the box, and a robust build quality. I really can't be bothered ploughing through weighty tomes of instruction manuals, and you don't need to with this camera. Simple to use and (virtually) idiot proof. My only negative point is the battery, I think they could have been more generous and added a battery with a longer time between charges, that said it really is only a minor criticism. I bought the 8Gb memory card and I reckon I will never need to buy another one as the capacity is huge. |

Received quite promptly and camera is perfect.
I wasnt at home so delivery man left it in a black bin bag behind my recycling bin .... which for me was better than having to go to depot and collect since Im rarely at home |

| The camera is a very good product and meets all expectations. We did however encounter an unusual error message relating to the Sony memory stick warning "this memory stick may not record or play". It did not seem to affect anything but it took a few email exchanges with Sony to get confirmation that this was a warning "that the device has a 4 MB minimum requirement for the playback of media". I was not especially impressed with the length of time it took to get this reply from Sony or the fact that the camera issues this rather ambiguous message. A previous Sony camera we had did not have the same problem. |
